Shipping within U.S
- We ship all US orders from our warehouse in NJ, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
 - Please allow 3 – 5 business days for shipping to most domestic locations. International transit times vary.
 - All orders may have a processing time of up to 5 business days before shipping, especially during the peak holiday shopping season.
 - Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update

Refund and Replacement Policy
We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days upon delivery of your order.
For any refund and replacement requests, please contact us first at help@theflutteredit.comwith your name, phone number, order number and the reason.
Returns: For safety and hygiene reasons, all returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened or used. All approved returns are subject to a $7 return fee to help cover shipping and restocking costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
